Star Wars Reads Day 2017 at Gunghalin Library, Canberra

Last Saturday, troopers gathered at Gunghalin Library for the first Star Wars Reads Day to be held in Canberra.

Troopers gathered to take photos with approximately 50 attendees, thrilled to see Kashyyk and Shore Troopers, an Imperial Gunner and the legendary Scorch.

The library service organised a number of activities including crafting paper light sabers, Star Wars book readings, and colouring / puzzle sheets from starwars.com.

The event was well received, due greatly to the planning and effort of Rebel Legion cadet, Sharon Doig, and we look forward to participating again next year.
